“What a find. Spectacular value. The last couple of finishing holes on albamarle sound are special. We had breakfast before the round was great. Superb customer service. The head pro in the shop completed the experience. A more gracious and friendly greeting could not be found anywhere. He was awesome. For $49 on a Friday you get a round on a beautiful course and hit range balls beforehand. I want to rave about the Pro again. He is a great ambassador for the course. You leave the pro shop with a great feeling before you ever peg the ball on the first tee. I'll be back!”

“What a special little place to enjoy a quiet meal with dear friends. I asked our delightful server if substitutions were permitted, hating to be THAT customer, and lo, her husband, the chef materialized at my elbow, inquiring carefully about my dietary preferences. I just regretfully asked about limiting my beloved sweets and starches. “Surprise me,” I suggested. His duck breast was exquisite, and the Brussels sprouts were excellent. My stolen tastes from nearby plates proved my fine meal was no lucky fluke. My friends and I lingered long, enjoying conversation without feeling hurried or out-competed by other diners or tv. A little delicate classical music added to the evening’s serenity. Menu prices were on par with other local good restaurants, but at least a star better. Highly recommended, and then some!”

“My first visual acceptance was it isn't the fake yellow rice, it is truly cooked and has a great flavor. Egg rolls are fantastic, but a little greasy. Honey chicken is good, it seems to be the sweet and sour chicken crust and coated in a honey sauce. I've also had the boneless spare ribs and it has a wonderful flavor, with minimal gristle and a flavorful amount of fat. Highly recommended for a local Chinese spot.”

“Love this place! I would always order our company lunches from here literally everyday! Their salads and chicken fajitas are AMAZING!! Other items I’ve personally had that were amazing: Chicken and regular Philly’s, pizza, calzones, and chicken sandwiches! The ladies are always the best and the food is seriously all amazing!”

“I would give a 5 start but sometimes this particular McDonald's is extremely slow. Over all the staff is very friendly and mostly efficient. Cleanliness is good but could be better as well. I visit frequently before work so I see the morning staff mostly. Out of most McDonald's this one seems to be the only one to have a functioning ice cream machine. Over all a great fast food restaurant.”

“Visited Hertford tonight and had to try Captain Bob's which to me is traditional down home southern cooking. Saturday night there is a $10.99 buffet and everything I had was decent to great, the minced Bar-B-Que was moist and excellent, great hush puppies, very crunchy fried chicken, some of the best slaw I've ever had. It wasn't on the buffet but separately I had the homemade carrot cake and that was great too. If you love real southern country cooking and are in the area, this is authentic and reasonably priced too.”
