When there is a problem and the customer service is being critiqued, it needs to be out of sight. And when worker is upset don't discuss so public can hear about the dirty laundry. Those are the only things that I have seen and heard. Customer service employees are really nice and pleasant. I love going there.”

“The bagels are so fresh. If you get them lightly toasted, they are warm and crispy on the outside and pillows of soft chewy dough on the inside. “This was my first visit ever to Duck Donuts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given a full explanation of the ordering process. I had a list ready from checking out the website. The donuts are cake batter with a wide variety of combinations to put on top. They were still warm when I got them home to my family. Wow is the least I can say! Each donut has it's own special flavor. It is like having mini-birthday cakes! I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for variety.”

“I don’t know what was going on but I think someone was training. They asked me to hold about 3 times. 4 or 5 cars went ahead of me on the other side. The lady did not put any napkins in the bag. I had to ask for some twice. We only got 1 straw for 4 drinks. We had to go in to get the straws. The food was right and the coffee was right. The drive through could use a lot of improvements.”
