“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I stopped here on our way through town. Oh my, we were blown away by the great food and service. We had the pho. It had the best broth. It was so good we had to take some home with us. We also ordered some other dishes to take home (2 hours away). We will be back. Willing to take a nice drive to visit again. Their food is better and different from like McDonald's or Wendy's. Burger King is the only acceptable fast food burger chain. It's in their name, Burger King.”

“The food was excellent although most of the staff were very rude and unfriendly. With the exception of the brunette who fixed our drinks, the servers and cashiers acted as if it was a nuisance to serve the customers. We were there at 1:15 and many of the entrees and vegetables were empty or almost empty and no cornbread. When asked by customers could they get more, they were simply told no. Again, the food was excellent. As a customer several years ago with my daddy (who was a frequent visitor), it was disappointing to see the difference in customer service then and now.”

“This place has the best, and dare I say maybe only actual authentic Mexican food in Pitt County as far as I know, Now, there is a big chance that I could be wrong, and there are other places to buy authentic Mexican food, but I do know the food here is excellent. The 3 ???? rating is because of the run down location & more importantly, the lack of the business owner having Fluent English speaking employees. Don't get me wrong, I am in no way being judgemental, I just think the lack of clear communication makes it awkward & stressful, and since it's concerning food, can potentially cause dangerous life threatening allergies, and angry customers because of not receiving what they actually wanted, or did not want, for the employees and the English speaking customers, it could really cause major problems, because we all know clear communication is vital for almost everything.”

The chef came to our table to ask how our food was and let us sample his in house hot sauce (my husband had tears but loved it!) “The Parker's BBQ restaurant on Memorial Drive "catered"a business lunch we had today. We placed about a dozen individual orders on Friday afternoon for a Monday all day training meeting / working lunch. The order was confirmed by one of the owners very soon after placing the order. Everyone got to order what they wanted and based on the number of cleaned off plates, it was evident the lunch was enjoyed by all. We've done this several times over the years, and the service is always spot on. The order is always correct when we pick it up, and the staff is always helpful in bringing it to the car. It's packed up nicely for easy transport. Prices are very fair and reasonable for the amount of food you get and it's just super easy. You can't ever go wrong with using Parker's for your events. We will will continue to use them.”
