When there is a problem and the customer service is being critiqued, it needs to be out of sight. And when worker is upset don't discuss so public can hear about the dirty laundry. Those are the only things that I have seen and heard. Customer service employees are really nice and pleasant. I love going there.”

“I need is pretty much the place to go if you want fast food that's not frozen freezer burn taste azuz their meat trash they do feel your burger right then they have other options including chili which I don't think anywhere else has available they have a lot of different salads or fries or crate they're not typical fast-food fries are better they do sea salt on them to make them healthy as well they try to do better than most Ashley restaurants are not trying to kill you with calories and fat they're still fast food though so it's that great greasy burgers do you want just better than fresh tablet options my only complaint is obviously to service sometimes and it doesn't matter which location when the people are just rude and they don't pay attention special order is kind of hard to get right and it shouldn't be that way but the food still good let's hope it stays that way maybe they can improve on their employees”

“I just wanna know how a place charges 8.00 for a salad and then forgets to put salad dressing in the bag. I could have gone to anywhere else for cheaper and gotten at least the dressing in the bag. It was literally made to order. It wasn't even busy. Literally you had to put the box in the bag. It hadn't even been 5 minutes since I placed my order. Now I got a salad with no dressing. Wonderful. I am so glad I spent 8.00 to not get everything that came with my meal.”

“The steak saved this review. The steak was very well cooked with lots of flavor. We enjoyed the simplicity of the menu. However, I ordered a glass of wine and there were chunks of cork in it, as well as loaded with sediment. Bartender gave me a new glass of wine, no questions asked. The bar was dirty, and none of the bartenders offered to wipe it up. I was told the vegetables would be a mix, but ended up with only broccoli. Ordered a baked potato and was given a sweet potato. To be fair, the bartender offered to bring another baked potato but it would have been so much food and more time. We had already waited 45 mins when there were only two other tables in the restaurant.”

“I came with my family for lunch. I got the Mushroom melt burger and it was fantastic. Their pasta salad is light and beautifully made. My daughter got the macaroni and cheese from the kids menu and everyone at the table had a bite. It was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent on top of everything. The only thing I would change would be to add some kind of specialty sauces to the burgers to add a little something more. It was not lacking flavor but a little lacking in juiciness. Definitely not bad enough to drop from 5 stars. The restaurant and food were wonderful overall. We will be back.”
