“The food from their "all-you-can-eat" menu was excellent and seemed impressively fresh. Definitely not a quick dining experience as there is a several minute gap between rounds. This isn't bad in my opinion since it allows for a nice communication period. This is especially so if you're in the company of a date. Service was similarly impressive and the table was closely monitored for beverage refills and to clean up the plethora of small plates that the dishes are served on. Our waitress, Emily, was knowledgeable and delightfully helpful. Overall, Osaka is one of the best dining experiences I have had in Greenville.”

“Love this place! Nice, clean atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious fresh food. I live out of town but try to get by there at least a few times every month. Was there this afternoon and witnessed a customer complaining to the manager (Molly, I think). Usually if your food is unacceptable, you don't ask for take-out boxes. Looked like he was just after a free meal. No complaints here!”

“The staff is knowledgeable about what combinations go together the best. My favorite ice cream (dark chocolate) isn't always available as it appears to not be as popular as I thought. Sometimes it has large ice crystals which take away from the experience. However, when there is a new batch, it goes quite well with the slivered almonds!”

“Everything about this restaurant has been excellent all three times I've been there this year. Our waitress, Lisa, was outstanding - quick, pleasant and very knowledgeable about everything. Atmosphere was pleasant, inside temperature "not too cold and not too hot" - just right. What I was MOST pleased about was that my steak was perfect! I like my steak VERY RARE and that was exactly what I got. I will definitely keep going back and will sing their praises to everyone who asks!!”

“I have been going to Moe's for years and never had a bad experience. However, in the past week I have had two wrong orders delivered so I called Moe's to speak with a manager about the errors. Rather than getting the generic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" speech, Manager Josh offered to remake my order and deliver it to my house himself or by one of his employees. Within 15 minutes of getting off the phone I had the correct order at my front door. Having previously worked in the food service industry, I am astounded at the above and beyond this store went through to rectify a situation. Despite the two bad experiences within the past week, I cannot speak any negative of the service I have had there in the 10+ years I have been a customer. I am glad to see the level of professionalism and customer service I have experienced in the past is still there in this store. Thanks Josh and Billy!”

“The guy making the sub was so careful to listen to every detail. Thank you. I love my veggies but I didn't go to Jersey Mike's for a salad. I don't like too much lettuce in my sub. He also didn't overload it with oil and vinegar so the bread was soaking like it occasionally is when I visit the franchise. My 2 year old insisted on being barefoot (she's a country girl and third is Pitt county N.C. after all) but the floor was clean enough for her to walk on. The drink menu consisted of Pepsi products and sweet tea. I grabbed the daily special and a cookie which set me back over $10. I don't like being asked to tip the staff especially over a cents which it usually ends up being as the request of 10% or more and the meals start at $10 after tax. I reluctantly did tip but I won't anymore because I just don't like the idea of tipping in general.”

“This was my first time to Five Guys and it wasn't terribly busy. Our party was four adults and two kids under 6. The burgers and hot dogs were fresh, well cooked and very tasty. The french fries are awesome. Drinks are self service and the selection was pretty good. There were also peanuts to snack on while our order was cooked. I will definarely be back.”

“I came here because it was recommended from a friend while mentioning my craving for sushi and I'm so glad she mentioned it because it was delicious! The restaurant is far larger than it appears from outside which was a great surprise and the staff were so kind and funny. I got the mango shrimp tempura rolls as well as shrimp tempura (buy one get one free I believe) and they were a hefty size and delicious! I ended with tempura cheesecake, which was also delicious. I was surprised by how few tables were taken but it allowed for some great one on one service from our waitress, I believe it was Pam! Shes great!!”
