“Pretty good restaurant located in Bryson City, NC. One advantage is that there is a separate parking lot for this restaurant, so you do not have to find street parking. The staff was very friendly (unfortunately, the were understaffed the day we were there, so the meal took much longer than it should have). That being said, when the meal arrived, the food was very good (I had the bacon cheeseburger, my wife the salad with grilled chicken). Portions were good. The quality was excellent. So, I recommend this place, but they need to get their staffing issues resolved.”

“Wonderful little restaurant in Bryson City, NC. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended. We did not have any when we arrived and were lucky enough to find a spot at the bar to eat (which worked out just fine). The food is EXCELLENT. The chili and jalapeno cornbread appetizer was great. I had the bison/lamb/beef meatloaf wrapped in bacon (hey, we did an 8 mile hike that day, we earned it..). My wife had the scallops. Both was outstanding. Portions were very large. Wait staff was wonderful. The were accommodating to dietary issues. Not inexpensive, but an absolutely great meal for the price. I highly recommend this. It is by far and away the best restaurant in Bryson City!!”

I have been here probably five or six times at lunchtime with co workers and we always get seated immediately. Food is delivered quickly, and there is an expansive menu. Always great service as well. The trout is amazing and the bread, salad, soup, and 3 sides (macaroni and cheese, lima beans and baked apples) were delicious. We each chose different desserts: I picked the blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream and he picked the hot fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. We really enjoyed it and hope to eat here again next time we're visiting the area.”

“I wasn't welcomed when I came in,but when the girl finally got around to waiting on me the food came out fairly quick. The fries were warm and the triple decker club was cold. Not sure it should have been. Bread was toasted but cold. It was a large sandwich, needed to cut it in half just to handle. It was 8 pm and only 2 other people in dining room but there were several tables that haven't been cleaned and the floor definitely could have been swept.”
