Amazing shop, Roberto was a great help getting this Jersey boy setup with some tasty local beers!
This has been a wonderful place for me to meet people as well as to enjoy some great beer in the shop as well as at home. Steve the owner and the trio of bartenders Ashley, Rob and Roberto are extremely polite and welcoming. On top of all that they have a great collection of local and outstation brews on tap. Be sure to give them a visit!
Wonderful staff and excellent selection. It's a small shop, but it's packed with a large variety of beers, wines, cider and mead to try. Lots of single cans and bottles in case you don't want to try a whole pack. There is a small bar and it is very dog friendly. They have a wide variety of events, including a dog costume contest for Halloween, bands once a week, food truck Tuesday, and regular visits from wineries and breweries. The drinks on tap change regularly, as does the selection throughout the store, but they do keep popular items in stock.
My last visit was during a big event they hosted where they had live music inside, a pop-up tent outside and a lot of patrons. It was a fun event! I also appreciate the dog-friendly atmosphere. From what I remember, this bottle shop is in a convenient location and is well stocked with a fun variety of beer and a decent selection of games. Furthermore, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I would appreciate if they remove the surcharge for serving a canned/bottled beer and to add a few more chairs/tables outside when the weather is nice. Overall, the experience was great. I like the place and would recommend to anybody in the area.
I was in town visiting my cousin and I stopped in here when I was "working from home" for the day. The selection was beyond what I expected and the service was incredible. I got the education on what I was buying and looking for and I also got the friendly discussion of a local tavern - two really great things to experience from a local wine/beer shop. Definitely worth a little trip.
