“This locally owned coffee shop never disappoints. You ask, they know. The latte is hands down the best ever. Please skip Starbucks and give your dollars to this local business. They have many freshly-made breakfast options, as well as a number of pastries. Do your self a favor and order the sausage egg and cheese on croissant with their homemade chipotle mayo. FANTASTIC. “Love this place! Viva Mexican has great food, great atmosphere and an incredible staff. I went for the first time in April for my birthday and had a really nice time. Lorena, our waitress is fantastic! I went back recently with my aunt to celebrate her last chemo treatment and Lorena recognized us and treated us so well. We had the tequila flight, so yummy. The tacos, enchiladas and viva bowls are so tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try something else. Oh and the jalapeño margarita is great too.”

“Had a wonderful experience at dinner tonight! The food was excellent, the entire staff was very attentive and friendly. When we walked in the door we were greeted immediately. There was a short wait so we headed to the bar for a drink. The bartender was talking to everyone and got our drinks right away even though his bar was packed! We got to a table much quicker than expected. Our server, Adam was extremely fast and very sweet. Everything we ordered came out perfectly and the timing couldn’t have been better. He had a smile on his fave the entire time and was just a pleasure to talk to. At the end of the night we talked to the owner just to let him know what a great experience we had. He runs a great restaurant and we will definitely be back!”

“Honestly, if I'd rated this a few years ago, I'd have given it 3-4 stars. The system they have in place is very good and efficient, however, and it's improved over the years. The food is good. The guac is so-so. Unlimited refills on coffee after you buy it. The layout is nice for a breakfast place. It's definitely a good quick grab. Only thing is it takes a little longer to make their intense breakfast sandwich bagels and can lead to longer lines. Nothing serious, though.”

Grease is based on the toppings and I got pepperoni with bacon, the two most greasy and it wasn’t as greasy as I expected. Typically I’ve seen pizza like that dripping grease through the box. This wasn’t bad at all. Also the garlic crust is a good addition.”
