Nancy's Pizzeria

Nancy’s is under new management so we thought we would give it a try again. Definitely a major improvement over previous experience. We ordered for pickup and the Pizza was done on time and the salad was fresh. They even left the salad dressing on the side.

Nancy's has the best deep dish pizza in the area, and it is not a close race. The crust has a great combination of buttery crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside, the sauce is sweet, and the cheese is plentiful. It takes a while to cook these, so your best bet is to call ahead and get the pie in the oven, and the prices are high, but when you really want a deep dish pizza, this is more than good enough to balance out those factors. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the stuffed pizza, loaded with cheese, nice crisp crust, tangy sauce. Went late on Sunday night, got seated right away, drink orders taken quickly. Appetizer was served quickly, which was good because stuffed pizza takes longer to cook. Server was very attentive, but forgot to apply coupon and brought wrong size pizza box to go. Corrected error quickly when asked. Would definitely go back for the cheesy goodness.

OK, it's May 1 and I'm back and have a good review to share. The service is excellent and I really like the personal pizza choices and combinations. I tried the Rocco and it was excellent. The bartender is terrific, enjoyed chatting with her while enjoying a local brew as my pizza was being made............ ............March 2019 visit: First time trying it, was good but not as great as I hoped. I ordered medium deep dish with chicken, spinach, olives. It wasn't a good combination for this type of pizza. I will try again soon. ..............
