Just Salad

Just Salad uses simple and fresh ingredients to make salads, wraps, soups, bowls and smoothies for nearly any craving or dietary need. A simple, clean and modern atmosphere pairs well with the food served. I have gotten delicious salads and bowls, never being served something I would not order again! However, drink options are limited.

Had the seasonal Sweet Mama salad. I ordered too much maple syrup dressing (my own fault), but it was delicious! Felt healthy to eat and it filled me up. The chicken poblano is also good, and I can definitely see myself ordering it as a wrap next time.

Friendly staff. Asks questions about additional toppings, mods, & if the assigned dressing is ok. Love that they ask if you want your dressing light, normal, or heavy! Polite & efficient & fast. Food was great quality. Delicious & filling. Very clean establishment in the dining room & on the prep line. Highly recommend.

Not what we expected when we ordered the cowboy salad. The portion size was great, but the type of ingredients left a lot to be desired for a $10 salad. The romaine lettuce seemed fresh, but the avocado was oxidized, the processed cheese shreds had an off-putting texture and flavor, the French's onion topping was a bit strange on a salad, and the salad dressing was more oil/greasy than balanced with acid. The bread was chewy and cold.

Delicious, healthy food for everyone! I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of this restaurant and the food is absolutely incredible and it’s affordable, which is rare for healthy options. They have a great reusable bowl program that help saves plastic. I was able to meet the owners who were humble and down to earth and wants to use this platform to give back and promote healthy lifestyles. Thank you Just Salad for coming to NC. You already have your biggest fan!
