“We were there from about 8-8:40 PM on Thursday. It was cold enough to freeze in there. We mentioned it to our server, who was non-chalant, she said she was hot, so much for our comfort. Then our coffee was lukewarm, a refill was the same. Finally I asked her to pour it out and bring fresh, we set there 10 minutes with nothing to drink with our meal. At last when we were through eating, we had hot coffee, no apologies, maybe next time will be better.”

“The people are always friendly and courteous. The chicken is tender and moist. The biscuits are generally fluffy and flakey. I enjoy the seasoning on the fries, chicken and even on the biscuits. The tea can be a little too sweet (I wasn't born here y'all), so sometimes I cut it with a little unsweetened tea.”

“Removed my previous review. Looks as though the change of ownership/management has made a huge improvement in delivery service. Pizza arrived in less than an hour! Our food was hot and tasty; delivery person was very friendly and courteous. 4 stars for now, will be 5 if this level of service is consistent. Great turnaround!”

“Never had firehouse, been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer but thought I would give them a try today. Ordered 3 steak and cheese subs and was highly disappointed when I got them and there wasn't even enough meat between the 3 sandwiches to make 2 good ones. I had a large, took all the meat from both sides and placed them on one side and still had bread with no meat. Flavor was good but honestly it was mostly bread with a bit of meat.”
