“The soups and sandwiches were really good and made from fresh ingredients. I really don't understand making customers walk three blocks in sub zero temperatures to get cash because they a) don't want to eat the 3% cost of a cc purchase or b) they are not reporting the income. This should just be a cost of doing business or give the customer an option to pay an additional .40 to .50 cents instead of pushing them out in the cold. In the end despite good tasting food, it left a bad taste in my mouth”

“I just moved to Raleigh a few days ago from the UK to be surrounded around my American family members, and thought I'd drop by after my first day on my new job for dinner. I ordered two regular chicken Cesar salads for my aunt and myself, it was pretty busy but the staff was really friendly and prepared my order pretty fast. They were even kind enough to bring it to me while I sat waiting, salad was awesome could have used more meat but my aunt and I were both satisfied ????”

“I never write reviews and haven't used my google account in years but I had to praise John at Pizza Hut!! I just got home from picking up my pizza from this Pizza Hut. The manager John was very very kind while taking my order over the phone prior and as I got there I saw him handle a customer being extremely difficult better than I ever could. He was polite to her and respectful and insisted on helping in any way he could even though she was being nasty and rude. He is a true example of AMAZING customer service!! After he finished with her, he had a good attitude and did not let it affect his mood. I will 100% come back to this location because of him!”

“There is so much I can say about what's great about this place, but I don't know where to start. As soon as you open the doors into this establishment your nostrils are assaulted by the delicious sense of smoked meat. And then when you get to the cash register you can see the cooks working and your mouth starts watering immediately. You place your order, you go get your drinks. Then you notice they have a nice selection of condiments and barbecue sauces that you can arrange while you anxiously anticipate your name being called to retrieve your order. Once you hear your name it is like the whole world is silent for a moment as you realize you have been chosen to receive a great meal. Has you pick up your tray savoring every inch of your meal you walk it to your table as you feel honored to carry such a meal to a table. You sit down and you still can't help but look at this wholesome plate of goodness that you have received. Then the most difficult choice is facing you; where do you start?
