“First, I come to this Sheetz quite often since it’s right by the college and I’ve always been met with friendly staff. I rarely order food here because I’m usually just in and out to buy cigarettes, but today I decided I’d grab a quick bite. Despite my order being wrong the first time and part of my order being missing, the employees working were very apologetic and were quick to fix everything in a timely manner. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I value those who are kind and willing to fix a mistake without fuss or annoyance. “I am a Wendy's fan and love their food. If you are in a hurry I would suggest you go inside because usually the drive through takes time and is crowded most of the time. Going inside and ordering food would be a better option. Customer service is good, however I think they need more associates for taking orders because it always feels like they would need more hands and it's because they are the drive through and walk ins.”

“My son wanted to go here for his birthday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, not heavy or greasy like your small Chinese restaurants. They have huge portions, great for sharing. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. He kept filling our water and tea up, right up until we were ready to leave, even though bill was already paid. Only draw back was booths were a little rundown, with cracked and worn cushions. But very good experience, we will definitely be back.”

“Great food. I personally LOVE the chicken cashew. But the egg rolls are seriously the best Ive ever had. Everything is cooked to order, you must be patient. The owner is so friendly, and does all the cooking himself. He will even tell you to be careful what time you come because 5:30-7:30 he is really slammed with customers. It is worth the wait.”

I have lived in the area for a few years and have attempted to dine at First Watch several times, but there was always a lengthy wait- a good indication of how awesome the food is. Once a visit finally worked for me, I see what the rave is about. Our server (his name leaves me) was very attentive and suggested the pecan waffle to me, which was perfection. The first impression was mold-breaking.”

A waitress opened the door to let me in but another waitress walking in at that time refused to let me in a few minutes early. Kind of ridiculous that you switch hours on customers then turn them away minutes before opening. My friend and I went elsewhere.
