Second Pieology I have been to. Service was a disappointment compared to the Texas location I had been to a month earlier. Only one pie maker, not welcoming. Pizza was good, except for the part that picked up burnt residue from the oven. Good concept, good selections except it looked like they only had marinara out as a sauce offering.

First time eating here and it was a nice experience. They make your pizza with fresh ingredients and the mango lemonade taste so good. Highly recommend this place!!!

The food is amazing. They definitely have a good system down for mass-producing pizza that tastes artisanal. Personal touch to every pie - basically the subway of pizzas!! If you like kiln cooked pizza with a thicker crust they have options for deep dish and original thick crust! They also have selections for thinner crusts if that's your thing.. I don't like how they raise the price for All toppings.. it's now a flat rate for anything more than 2 toppings. Probably a fair deal. Because just getting to toppings is cheaper now.

The pizzas are so good! First time we came here, husband got the deep dish... loved it, just wished it had more sauce, but that can be easily fixed. Came here for a second time, and we have been here for an hour waiting. They aren’t even busy like they were the first time we came here. And they also “lost” our pizzas...... so now we will be here for another 15-20 minutes...... the staff did not seem too concerned that they “lost” our pizzas, so that is upsetting. We had a great first experience and this just killed it. They did give us a refund, so that’s a positive.
