    This place is awesome. So fresh, the staff (I believe it was Anna Mae) literally turned my day around by being incredibly nice and the bowl was soooo delicious. Love it!!

    Super delicious bowls, friendly staff, and reasonable prices! I’m a huge fan of the granola, it’s both light and crunchy. The perfect treat after hot yoga - I’ll definitely be back!

    Rush puts a unique spin on your modern day smoothie. They have a ton of unique fresh ingredients and carefully concocted specialty offerings. The staff is NC State students but they were professional and had great suggestions to narrow down the expansive menu. The one I picked out was a little sweet but I'm sure you could find something to suit most moods.

    I loved coming here with my Daughter we really enjoyed our stay, the Green Guru was interestingly good, so many flavors in a bowl!! One draw back though no was wearing gloves while handling fruit and veggies that went into the smoothies or Bowls. It would be great to make it a practice to wear protective gear while handling any food. Other then that everything was great.
