Ruth's Chris Steak House - Raleigh

I hosted 25 guests from out of town in their banquet room this past Saturday and we felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant based on their attentiveness and responsiveness. I had made a mistake with my menu selection prior to the dinner and our server August was very responsive and fixed my error without any questions asked. The catering manager, Kristen, followed up during our meal to make sure we were having an enjoyable dining experience. Kristen went as far to e-mail me 3 days after the event for feedback regarding our service. The hospitality and care was top notch. Bravo Ruth's Chris on creating a consistent experience!

It was a great time celebrating our 2nd anniversary. The steaks were the best and everything came out in a timely manner but not fast enough to rush you. Everything was on point hope to go back again soon.

My family and I love going to Ruth's Chris because of the quality of food and the great service we receive. We've eaten at quite a few in several different states, and this location is one of our top 3 favorites. The servers are always so kind and accommodating. The food is wonderfully delicious and worth every penny. We've heard nothing but great things from everyone we've taken here.

My husband and I went to Ruth's Chris at North Hills, on April 17th, 2019, to celebrate our anniversary.

We had a great experience. The hostess and lady who seated us, were so nice. And they even spread some red rose petals on the table! Our server, Harrison, was fantastic. He checked on us, was really attentive, and when we ordered our desserts, they came out with a candle on each one! The manager also stopped by, to ask how everything was. And today, RC called to see how our experience was. We told them it was "Great."

The steak, salad, fries, mushrooms and dessert, were all delicious!

For us, this was an absolute hit. Wonderful, friendly service and delicious food. And that call was a nice surprise too!
