Service: We went here for dinner this past Saturday and had the bbq shrimp, crab claws, and the marks catch. Despite having to wait super long due to them being busy, our waitress named Matilda was extremely pleasant and even offered us drinks for having to wait so long. Everyone was so nice and the service was great.
Food: Everything we ordered was super fresh and tasted absolutely amazing! The chili sauce on the claws was so good. The bbq shrimp was amazing with the toast. My boyfriend ordered the market catch and the fish was so fresh. I was nervous because the portions didn’t look big but it was filling. If you are looking for a nice restaurant with amazing food, go here!
We've been going to 42nd Street for oysters. This was an updated version with a modern menu and better location. The cedar lake NC oysters were the best clean oysters we've had. Everything was good, and service on a Sunday early was attentive.
God bless this place. The food and the service are always phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.
It was date night, left the burbs to try something new without the kids. We picked perfect! The food was imaginative, fresh, authentic, and delicious. The oysters were amazing, the shucker was super informative, the shrimp was meaty and tasted like they were straight from the shrimp boat. My cocktails were superb! The crab claws were unusually seasoned - not your ordinary claws. I loved the way they were seasoned. The atmosphere, service and food were spot on!
Had a great meal and a great time at St. Roch Fine Oysters + Bar. The food was fantastic. I definitely recommend the seafood gumbo and the oysters were some of the best I ever had! Be sure to save room to feast on some beignets before you leave.
