    My Katsu (basically a Japanese fried chicken sandwich) was seriously good. Great bun, crispy but tender chicken, awesome fresh toppings, and really tasty sauce. The homemade chips were crispy but not burned, and were a generous portion. The only knock is that I was the only customer and it took quite a while for my order to come up.

    I had the Ninja and it was by far the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Ingredients were super fresh and the combination of flavors in the sandwich was superb. Staff was friendly and service was great. Will be back again for sure.

    This place used to be Broth which was a Ramen Shop with Bold flavors and artistry. I came in late June 2019 and 5 weeks later the same owner told me that the switched to Katsu Sandwiches instead. Not what I was in the mood for, but it was good and made with an artistic appeal. I hope they put some of the Ramen back on the menu.

    Great food. Service took a while but everything made made fresh. Worth the wait.
