(June 29, 2019, 11:28 pm)The were in Asheville recently during a trio of festivals. Often with the lunch rush, food trucks speed up to try and keep pace often messing up the food in the process. That was not the case here. This food came out tasting perfect and exactly how we ordered it. The rep at the window was both knowledgeable and courteous. The portions were generous and the price was right on target. Living in an area where most of the Latin food representation is Mexican, this food truck brought a diversity that was severely needed. As a Puerto Rican and a NY native this truck was the closest thing to home I had eaten in a very long time. Best part, the food digested well too. It was filling without being heavy making it the perfect festival food!
