I've eaten here three times and each time the food is great! They have daily specials and all their food is locally sourced.

Delightful restaurant that's certainly worth a visit. Proper has a cozy dining area broken into two rooms. Neither are very large. Both are serviced by friendly and helpful staff. We tried three dishes and all received high praise. The food is locally sourced, simply presented and well prepared. The daily special was "chicken and limas", and while it may not sound enticing, should not be missed. We enjoyed our visit immensely.

Great service, food, and ambiance. Wide variety of drinks to complement the dishes. Deconstructed interior with a Lake Tahoe/Southern vibe. Would definitely revisit this venue on my next trip.

Excellent all around. High quality freshly harvested ingredients cooked perfectly, in what is sure to become the best meal you've had in a very long time. At once cozy and charming, with old world European style atmosphere and a memorable beer and wine selection, you'll leave feeling soul-fed.
