“OMG. Best BBQ this side of Kansas City. My husband and I had the BBQ pork sandwich, French fries and baked beans. For dessert we had banana pudding. I don’t particularly care for banana pudding however Winner’s Circle BBQ was very tasteful. Our meal was served promptly. The owners and staff are top notch. Prices aren’t that bad either. Give these wonderful folks a try. You will not be disappointed. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!”

“I visited this place back on March 3rd with my daughter. We had never been before and were invited by her classmates parents and a couple of other girls joined us as well. We live in Mooresville so it was a little out of the way but the drive was very nice. The place is huge with a lot to offer. It's actually so big that there are areas we didn't get a chance to see. The girls rollerbladed & rollerskated for quite a while until our time to go down for the gelly ball. That was pretty cool, and us parents put gear on and ran around behind them getting photos. Once done, we headed over to get some food, and we're a little disappointed. It was maybe around 6 pm, and yes they close at 7 on a Sunday, but they only had 2 slices of pizza left and weren't offering to make more. We were a total of 7 people so we definitely would've purchased a pie or two. I almost feel like an announcement should be made leading up to the time that they'll no longer be cooking anything or that the kitchen area will be wrapping up. We allowed the kids to play and enjoy themselves without interruption really hoping to have had dinner there. Sadly, that didn't work out, and we were all hungry. Regardless, we allowed the kids to jump in the bounce area and play some arcade games up until closing time. We all rushed home since we were over an hour away and just grabbed drive thru near our homes. Another small complaint was must cleanliness seems people left their trash behind on tables and such but no one was quickly trying to clean them up and wipe them down. We had to clear off an area ourselves to sit at in the bounce area. We may consider returning again but not totally sure.”

“The pulled pork and sauces are awesome! The baked beans came right out of a can; nothing added, so they were not a good side with the meat. Our waiter took our order promptly, but didn't come back 'til we were ready to leave. I had to go to the bar for silverware, and again for napkins. Lots of dirty tables, and only cleaned as new patrons came in. This place has potential but doesn't appear to be well run.”

“Decent burgers, but nothing to write home about. Prices are a bit steep for the quality of food. Service is good, but overall experience is average.”

“Love all their smoothies! I can’t get enough of all the healthy options. I have so many sensitivities and allergies and having a place in town where I can grab something yummy overjoys me! Everyone there is super nice! Super good oatmeal!!!”

“This was an unexpected stop, that turned out to be a memorable time! From the moment we stepped inside Copper Barrel Distillery our senses were lit with the atmosphere that our host Victoria so graciously shared with us. From the history of Moonshine via “Uncle Buck” and George, the owners, to the tour of the distillery; the head, tail and heart. No beat was skipped here! The moonshine taste samples were amazing and smooth, all natural with sustainability in mind. You must try their adult slushies, very unique! We left with several bottles of Moonshine and cannot wait to return! You must go here!”

“Pretty good food. Loved their fries. They were fast- even for being brand new and being busy inside and out. Their ice machine wasn’t working but they did get ice for me behind the counter when I asked. The menu was a little hard to read because of some of the small print and the menu moves between screens but there are many options. I will be back to try more items on the menu. I hope they do well. It’s nice to have something close.”

“We ate there on re opening night. The food was delicious and definitely worth the wait. They were super busy so we had to wait in our food but it was worth it in the end. And the food was hot and flavorful as well Definitely will be going back!”

“While camping nearby, we decided to check this place out. It’s dog friendly so Rex was happy. We went on a Friday at lunch time and it was not crowded at all. Staffing seemed short but our waitress was hustling. We ordered spinach and artichoke dip appetizer. She did a flight of wine tastings and I ordered a very tasty honey dew ale. We sat outside on the deck that overlooks the creek. Great view. This place has a restaurant and a small campground (minimal hookups for around 10 campers or RVs). I would have given it a 5 star review, but one of the workers was using a gas blower very close by. They should have done that before opening or after closing. Otherwise a good experience.”

“Impressive. I am a traveling foodie. This place is eager to please. They seat you so fast they don't need a waiting area, yet. Servers are attentive, sincere and are pleasant. Some of the seating could use a divider for more private dining, but it works, for now. The restaurant is clean, music is appropriate, food is point on. If I may make one suggestion.. keep smokers to the left or right, away from the front door. Front door swings open sucking the smoke in quickly filling the experience with smell of smoke. Over all, great experience. Hope to see this restaurant continue to grow in the right direction. Great experience, def recommend.”
