“We were recommended to this little gem by our new found friend who lives in town and boy what a lovely surprise. Authentic Mexican and Central American cuisine. The food is soooooo delicious. The tortillas are freshly made to order. We ordered an assortment of pupusas, tacos, baleadas, and huaraches just to sample the flavors of this family owned restaurant. Everything was exquisite. The meats were well seasoned and topped with fresh onions and cilantro. The pupusas had that gooey stretchy cheese freshly baked. And the hot sauce was so yummy. Friendly and courteous staff. We felt so welcomed and at home. Did I forget to mention the price? Yes very affordable and reasonable considering the freshness of everything coming out of the kitchen. A must try in Wilkesboro, NC.”

“I noticed this after hiking Stone Mountain. I pulled off and noticed it was closed. A car was there however. A lady named Vicky (who later introduced herself as Vicky Billings) came outside when she saw me and offered to let me look around even though the store wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes. Thanks to you. She let me peruse the store a bit. Bought a shirt and a damn fine cookies and cream on waffle cone. Hit the spot and much needed after hiking. The store is about as adorable as it gets. It has the feel of a log cabin and was dimly lit. They sell ice cream, crafts, clothes, fishing supplies, and fried type foods. I would have ordered some grub but I wasn't gonna do that to Vicky that early. This is a good stop after/before hiking to stock up on snacks or grab some food after seeing Stone Mountain.”

“Delicious, friendly and one of a kind. I have never experienced alcohol like this in the past. After a bit of research from what I can tell the mead these guys create really is unlike anything else on the market. Delicious with plenty to choose from. Along with their own personal brews, and wines they have all of the classics on tap that you've come to enjoy elsewhere. Pricing is competitive. Definitely my new drinking spot!”

“Incredible food. Handmade tortillas. Growing up on the West coast this reminds me of the Los Angeles area tacos shops. Menu is simple and straight forward. They have a bakery area with fresh made breads and goods. Flavored waters or soda to drink. Flavor of the food is amazing, very authentic!”

“Clean, fast, friendly and consistent. Those are the four hardest things for any restaurant in this area to achieve. Qdoba hits all four just about every time. You can't ask for much more than that.”
