“Sweet & Sour Chicken was good, egg roll good, but the rice wasn't. Which is about par. If they could get the rice on point they would have almost got a 5. Also the damn place was freezing, it's winter. Who the hell can eat in there with teeth chattering. The lady goes, I know its always cold at night, and I was getting to go. Sitting there shaking, I can't. Nope, turn on the heat and stop being cheap. Nice people though.”
