I'd call the other closet location in Austinburg, and they too said the same thing. Capps has been delivering no problem for a good while now so no complaints otherwise. “I went with my family (a group of 10) 3 children and 7 adults. We ordered a few salads, a few pizzas, and my grandmother ordered a meatball sub. The salads took a good 30 minutes to get back to us after we ordered, and the pizzas even longer. The food was okay but nothing amazing. The server was also slightly rude and didn't make us feel welcome. I would only go again if I absolutely had to for a family gathering.”
