“The food was just average everyday Mexican food, nothing special but not bad. I do think their prices were high for what it is but everyone right now has high prices. I was upset with the fact that we only ordered two things and our order was wrong I think they could of made sure with only two things that the order was right since it wasn’t a large order but nope no one took the time to double check the order so that’s a little concerning to me especially when you are a newer place in a city that already has a bunch of Mexican restaurants which means I won’t be back and I’ll stick to the ones that get my order right.”

“This isn't your average Cinci chili restaurant. The owner takes care of his employees' needs, and it shows with their loyalty. This place is clean, well organized and employees are all so kind and accommodating. The chili is delicious, too. I love to order their chili salad but get a small side of extra chili to add to it or just enjoy. This restaurant is our go-to place when we need a quick bite at a very reasonable price.”

“This is the first time I have been to the new location and loved it. I went on a few tours at their original location and picked up a ton of merch so I couldn't wait to see the new spot. The menu was great and I loved the selection. I felt the brisket was better than the pulled pork. It was juicy and tender. Nothing was wrong with the pork just a personal preference. For sides I got cheese grits and macaroni. I am a southern and it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to grits and they did not disappoint. The macaroni could be better but that is minimal. Look the beer is great the food is top notch and the wait staff couldn't be nicer. You can't go wrong with this place. My only request is I would like the lemon bars to come in a six pack.”

“I work at a plant a few miles away, and there are very few options for lunch around here. Right after this place opened, a really nice man came around handing out flyers and coupons for this restaurant. My coworkers and I decided to give it a try on Friday, and WOW! The food was delicious! I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was really excellent! Tender, perfectly-cooked pork and really tasty barbecue sauce. My coworkers had the brisket and chicken strips, and they were both perfect. The mac & cheese, fries and cornbread were also delicious! The portions are quite decent sized, we were definitely full the rest of the afternoon. Also, when I went to pick up the order, the staff was incredibly lovely and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. My coworkers and I will definitely be back again to try some other things off of the menu!”

“So good. This is now our favorite place to go. The food was great and the service was too. Everything was made fresh. While we were checking out the elderly man in front of us mentioned it was his wife’s birthday the day before (They are regulars there he told me). The lady I believe to be the owner (maybe?) quickly grabbed a piece of strawberry shortcake and came out to now the elderly couple and my husband and me plus the server. She didn’t find a candle so holding a lit wooden match we all sang happy birthday at the register and she then blew out the match. It was too sweet. I could see it meant a lot to her. Can’t wait to go back and take my kids next time.”
