Love ~love ~love that this is here! What a perfect location as I have always had to be in Hamilton/Fairfield or Middletown to eat this yummy ~ yummy pizza!????!????
Customer service is great everyone is super friendly. Genuinely love how sweet the general manager shara is. Along side the amazing crew that’s in the store. Shara puts previous general managers to shame. Running a busy store isn’t always easy and yes there are times where there will be a wait for orders. I genuinely love everyone at the Monroe store. You guys keep up the good work:)
This is a great place to eat food is great and the service is very good. Nice staff. Nice dining room. Big screen tv and cant forget the 5.00 pitchers. Clean bathrooms
After a two-and-a-half-hour wait this is what we got, the girl that delivered it said she was waiting at the store for 20 minutes for the other driver to get back with our pizza that he took on mistake we ordered from this location a lot and service varies week to week it seems like one week it's great the next week you're waiting over 2 hours I understand there are busy times and not busy times but the call center should not tell somebody 40 minutes if it's going to be two and a half hours this is not the first time that this is happened the only reason for a two-star is because when you call back in for the call center the manager is very respectable and willing to help call center gets a five store Monroe location gets a zero if possible I wish the employees at this location in Monroe was as committed as the call center manager he told me they get complaints on that location all the time and nothing gets done about it told me I should call the district manager and I told him apparently that ain't going to matter if this kind of stuff has been going on this long
