Dim Sum 鼎盛

This was my first time here and the food was fresh and delicious. It was also a nice environment with calming murals on the wall.

Wow! My husband and I visited this wonderful restaurant last evening and was welcomed by owner and staff. They offered great suggestions and the dishes we had were over the top! Excellent and authentic. Some of the very best we have ever had. Best of all, it’s only 15 miles from our home. We plan to visit here at least weekly. Very fresh and healthy options.i would give it 10 stars if I could. Fabulous!

Not only is the manager personable, but the food is simply delicious. It's fresh and vibrant and made with obvious care. Grab some friends and take a journey into something new! Order as many or as few dim sum options you want to share but don't disregard the noodles! This was my second visit and it's hands down the best authentic food in town.

The food was ok, not spectacular and not terrible. The service was average as well. All in all I was just left feeling that this place was an interesting concept but not something I would do often. If I go again I'll re-review it and change this if i feel it is necessary.

This place is seriously good, like magic-in-the-sauce good. Excellent everything. Dumplings! Entrees! High quality and deeply developed flavors and spice. Once during lunch I saw the chef come through the dining area near my group of enthused diners, I dreamily offered "We love you!" to his back as he made his way back to his magic, culinary kingdom.
