Gaslight Brewhouse

Our first visit after they became Gaslight Brewhouse: I'm rooting for improvement but it's already a very good start. My dish, grilled salmon, was well cooked, could have been better though especially wrt the seasoning. The rice was ok, again not much of distinctive flavor. Their own kettle chips were amazing, not too salty or sweet and very tasty. It seems to me that they are keeping the same array of non-alcoholic beverages as before the name change and I'd definitely vote for new additions. The service was courteous and friendly. I'm hoping to add more ???? after my future visits. A big thank you because they decided to stay in town.

Very good pub food. Pheasant sports bar atmosphere. Quite lively place. One of the nicest in Oxford !

Our family was in town for a weekend wedding. About 12 of us met there Friday for lunch on our way in. Our waitress was fantastic, brought carrots and dip for the kids, was very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great. The next day we were looking for a place for our group to watch the OSU game before the wedding. We went back and they gave us the back room so the kids could move around again the food, drinks and wait staff was fantastic. This was probably a group of 30. So on Sunday as we were heading out of town, looking for a place for 20 of us to have brunch, every place was packed, it was 11:00 so we went back to the Gaslight! It was great again! Wonderful staff, menu variety! Your place made our weekend go so smoothly!!

My husband and I had a very nice late lunch today, the salmon and Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. My husband is one of the pickiest eaters and truly doesn’t like going out to eat. He already told me we are going to return next Tuesday. I’m so thankful we found a awesome place to get out for a date. “While the kids are in school “ Thank you ????
