“It's been awhile since I've visited Long John Silver's. I always liked the fish and the little batter crumbs. My visit the the restaurant on Tylersville Road was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the service was quite fast. I got fish and chicken with fries and green beans. It was all rather tasty and good, though it was all fried, save the beans. The chicken wasn't the style I remember from a few years ago. It seemed like it was processed and formed to a common size. You know, it might have been formed a few year back, too. I just never really gave food that much consideration like I do now. I'll stick to the fish when I go back again. It was just as good as I remember.”

“Tried a new item - steak and potatoes which was flavorful, but the meat was tough. Wish I had stuck with a breakfast. Had the potato pancakes with applesauce which were delicious. Bought a blueberry muffin for later in the day and it was awesome. Atmosphere was nice. Place was clean. Took a while for someone to take our payment. Overall a good experience.”

“My wife and I always pass this place and say we have to try it. Well we had time and stopped in this past weekend. The atmosphere reminded us of a upscale restaurant. But it's very down to earth. “They do halal and the food is delicious. I'm a picky eater and normally can't do this type of cuisine, but they special made my order for me. The first time they brought me the food wrong BUT it was my poor communication that caused the mixup. Even though it was my mistake, they let us keep the food (which the table then shared in) and brought me the order the correct way. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping here.”

Firstly the food is so authentic and real spice flavours that after India which is left 20 years back this is a first time I had a taste of Real Indian authentic food . Variety of dishes are so many and whatever we ordered which were almost 7 dishes in between 10 people all dishes were better then previous one we tasted And the customer service is outstanding such a friendly and welcoming environment . My main issue is the quality of ingredients, the cheese is low tier, as one would expect of a quick bite chain. I'm not a connoisseur of Cincinnati style chili, but there was a watery liquid at the bottom of my chili cheese fries which I found unappetizing. But the prices are rather good.”

“Great place to take the family, I bring my family at least twice a week after our games and we absolutely love it. The fries are just to die for and the custard is fantastic every time. The manager is always a nice guy we see him a lot, the one with the beard. He gives my husband custard opinions every time since he never knows what he wants. He seemed busy but still found time to come chat with us for a second. We will most certainly return again.”

Only issue I've ever had is one time my and my wife glass wasn't wiped post having gone through a cleaning device so there was a bitter taste of cleaner in our drinks. I notified our server and they made sure all remaining glasses got reached and wiped and remade our drinks. Given how responsive this server was to this issue, it reassured me that the staff and management care about the quality of there product and services.”
