“I enjoy the food selection at hot head along with the multitude of sauce choices. The manager at hot head doesn't come off as friendly and customer oriented. Staff seems to fear him. I had an experience about six months ago when ordering food. I asked for extra cheese and the worker kept looking over at her manager and seemed very nervous. I felt bad for the worker. I made it clear that I would pay for any extra but it didn't seem to comfort her. I understand food cost can be a major expense but it shouldn't be an issue of its rung up and portioned correctly”

“Big portion of order was messed up when we went through the drive through, but from what we were told it was the one guy running the window was brand new - like first day brand new. However, I still give four stars because Manager on duty was very apologetic for the order mess up and having had dealings with her before she does all she can to make it right. They do seem to get orders right 80% of the time. Having been inside the restauraunt I know they do have a self ordering kiosk and the place is usually kept really clean. The employees are usually pretty friendly towards customers and seem to keep it lighthearted while they are working.”

The prices are great and the place has always been clean, even during lunch rushes where most places would be backed up with dirty tables and grumpy staff Jim's is on it! “Any of the bad reviews you see here have to be ridiculously picky people...because Mundy's was one of the best local diners I have ever been to. The food was incredible without being overly greasy (something you can't find in chain restaurants, like waffle house, bob evans, etc). The staff was AWESOME. Me and my husband are already planning a trip to go back, even though it's super out of the way. Keep doing what you do, Mundy's!!!”

Most plates don't come with beans and rice, only 1 of the 2 which is so weird for me because I'm used to having both automatically served with every plate option at all "Mexican" restaurants I've been to in Texas. Ohio "Mexican" food is waaaaayy different to say the least. But this restaurant is the best I've had so far, similar to what I'm used to. Guacamole was delicious and worth the money as an appetizer. Salsas could be spicier.”

“The most authentic Mexican food in Springfield, Ohio. I love going in and getting the beef tacos. Not ground beef, shredded, with a LOT of flavor. My s/o and I go into Victor's, place our order, and then take advantage of the homemade salsa bar that they have by the fountain drinks. The salsa is never, ever bland, which makes sense because their food is always full of amazing flavored too. As someone who comes from a Mexican family in Texas, and now lives in Ohio, this food is wonderful and I would probably go just about everyday if I could.”
