“This is a fun place to go for lunch! Sit at the counter or at a table the front part looks out on Main Street and looks like the diner from old. The back section has tables and plenty of room to eat and spend time chatting with friends. Oh, did I say the food was Great? Well, it is. Diner food and specials every day. I've been told that the burgers are just like Mom made. All the times I've been there the only thing I have ordered is the olive nut spread sandwich...OMG! “Wow! Haven’t had vegan food like this for since my mum lovingly attempted to cook vegan cuisine. I got the breaded tofu and mash and we all know how boring tofu can be but this dish was divine, my mouth is watering thinking about it now, rich flavour and generous helping. “We took out granddaughter to celebrate her birthday. We played a game of putt putt golf, ate dinner at Young's Jersey Inn where they have home cooked food. We really enjoyed our dinner. We then had ice cream cones to top it off at the Jersey barn. Great variety of site made ice cream. We had an enjoyable afternoon and the weather was beautiful, a great spring day. “Atmosphere is great, you get the country feel. Server was great and provided recommendations. You get cold slaw, applesauce and pumpkin bread for the whole table. I personally am not a fan of any of the three, so I didn't partake. Would be nice if instead of sweet potato bread, there were some other options like regular rolls. My main course, I ordered buttermilk chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Everything was very dry. I assume most chicken breast are dry at resturants, so I always order mashed potatoes and gravy, but when that's dry too, there's not much you can do. There's a lot to choose from on the menu, so we will be back. It's nice that breakfast is served all day.”

“Simply Delicious is a true credit to their community. My boyfriend is there on business from Wichita, KS. This is our first time truly away from each other since our relationship began. He left me a surprise card with a loving note inside. I wanted to surprise him in return. He loves cookies! I called bakeries and delivery services all over town and couldn't get anyone to help me delivery some delicious homemade cookies to his hotel until I called Simply Delicious. “Great subs and other items at somewhat high prices, yet still cheaper than places like Mike and Rosy's (Rosie's? Don't know, don't care...) which has always been so expensive it is basically a local meme. Our Hero has not only fantastic hoagies but also the best friend mushrooms I have ever had, fantastic burgers, and if you catch them on special you will get quite a bit of amazing food for under ten dollars. The cashiers/servers are always nice, the food is always prepared expertly, and I have never ordered one thing in the decade I have lived here I felt was unsatisfactory. I highly recommend this restaurant, at any of their locations, not just this one. Definitely an asset to the greater Springfield area!”

“Honestly the foods usually decent. It's the wait time for delivery that's just silly. I ordered at 11 and its 11:50, and for the last 20 minutes, they have been "checking for perfection". Just not impressed. I can get good Mexican delivered in under 40 minutes everytime. Whereas a store that's 5-10 minute drive takes upwards of 40 minutes, for a pizza!”
