“Three Tree Bakery is new to Miami Township. But for somebody who loves cookies as much as I do, they are all welcome addition! The staff there is friendly and the customer service is great. And the brownies are out of this world! It’s the perfect stop on your way to work for coffee and something sweet, or on the weekends as a treat. I can’t recommend Three Tree Bakery enough. I love this place!”

“Best cookies I ever tasted! I remember going there as a little kid when it was in Lee’s Summit! I would go to Blue Chip Cookies every Sunday. When I found out that they moved to Lenexa (found out yesterday) I HAD to go!! It brought back so many memories! The place still smells the same and the cookies still taste THE BEST!”

“This IHOP had fast and friendly service. I always love their big selection of pancakes. The coffee was great, too. This time I got a pancake breakfast sandwich, which had pancake buns that were a nice crispy pancake that actually served well as a bun. I ate it with my hands. It had bacon, sausage, and folded scrambled egg. It was one of the best things I've had in a long time. Everything was hot, and the bacon was actually very fresh and crispy. Sadly, their ice cream machine was down :( but their shakes are great too.”

“So excited about the new drive thru. I work a lot and my daughter is in a lot of activities so it is nice to be able to feed her healthier food in a hurry! Although since the drive thru I have received a few burnt sandwich and bad quality bread! I am sure they will get it together!! They are one of my favorite places to eat! Always get the orders right! Staff is always friendly and helpful!!! I go there at least a few times a week!!”
