And the brownies are out of this world! It’s the perfect stop on your way to work for coffee and something sweet, or on the weekends as a treat. I can’t recommend Three Tree Bakery enough. “This IHOP had fast and friendly service. I always love their big selection of pancakes. The coffee was great, too. This time I got a pancake breakfast sandwich, which had pancake buns that were a nice crispy pancake that actually served well as a bun. I ate it with my hands. It had bacon, sausage, and folded scrambled egg. It was one of the best things I've had in a long time. Everything was hot, and the bacon was actually very fresh and crispy. Sadly, their ice cream machine was down :( but their shakes are great too.”

“I absolutely love their apple fritters. They are the best I have had. Hands down. The service is fast and friendly. The donuts are always fresh and delicious. I love their iced coffee. I am addicted lol. Sometimes they are very busy. I recommend going as early as possible to get what you want. If you go inside, drop a tip in the cup for them. It gets quite hectic in there and they work hard for their money.”

“So excited about the new drive thru. I work a lot and my daughter is in a lot of activities so it is nice to be able to feed her healthier food in a hurry! Although since the drive thru I have received a few burnt sandwich and bad quality bread! I am sure they will get it together!! They are one of my favorite places to eat! Always get the orders right!
