“The place was packed, but we found two stools at the bar. Couldn't have been a better experience, which in some places would have been a disaster. The bartender/Karen was fantastic throughout the evening. We ordered and had the terrific white cheddar stuffed mushroom appetizer and then ordered our meal. We thought the wait seemed a little long but before we even mentioned it, Karen had sent over the manager to explain to us there had been a computer glitch. Later the co-owner came over and apologized and wanted to pick up our meal going forward. All the food was fantastic, and the attitude of the staff was very positive and made it a place we would definitely go back from our experience. We're from Louisville, so who knows if/when we'll be back. But it's the best meal we've had in our third trip to the area in the past three weeks. Margarita was excellent. Steaks cooked perfectly. Asparagus was great, and stuffed baked potato was spot on.”

“Five Guys consistently has good food, in almost any location. This particular establishment has a Coke Freestyle machine, which is always a plus, and also holds to Five Guys amazing burgers and fries. Service here is relatively slow compared to other Five Guys, and the restroom is not kept up very well. Still recommended just for how good the burgers and fries are!”

“Such a great place for a delicious sandwich! The quality of the meats, cheeses, and all the toppings are top notch. I had the turkey bacon club, it was so good! My son had the BBQ brisket, and oh my word, was that good!! I'm typically not a fan of brisket, but it was delicious! It had just the right amount of smokey flavor and was super moist! “Even during peak times, still my favorite place for lunch. Staff is fast, able to work through even lines of 20+ people in a matter of minutes. Food is always good. Occasionally there will be some days with a spicier red sauce than the others, but it's no big deal. Staff is courteous and responsive, I've ordered off-menu numerous times (like getting a burrito in a bowl - that is not an option online) and when I've called in to clarify my online order they've always taken the time to get everything exact.”

“I always have great service when I go here, they are always very polite! It's been a little while since I have been here but the food is still amazing and the service was still fast and friendly. There is always a line through the drive thru but do not let that discourage you from stopping, it will be well worth the short wait! It is better to wait a couple minutes for quality food then to go somewhere else and wait, then have to pull up and wait and then them still get your food wrong!”

“Leaving a five star review solely due to the customer service of Sherry in the drive-through. The lobby was closed due to some work going on and I was there placing multiple orders for my coworkers lunches. Sherry was the only person there and she did wonderfully, she got all of my orders accurately and quickly on top of managing the others in the drive-through all by herself without any delay. KFC always has decent food but what really compelled me to write this review was just how helpful and customer service oriented Sherry was today.”

“This White Castle is fantastic. The food is fresh, the employees are friendly, and the place is relatively clean. It used to not be so great, but over the years it's gotten much better. I always go in the early morning and order lunch/dinner food. There aren't many restaurants in the area that will serve lunch food during breakfast hours, so it's nice that this place does. As far as the food goes...it's White Castle. Small sandwiches are their specialty, especially the standard "Slider;" a small, thin, square-shaped beef patty on white bun, with diced grilled onions and a pickle. The burgers owe their distinctly tender texture to being are steamed rather than grilled. These burgers have gained a cult following for good reason: they're delicious! If you've ever eaten a burger from Krystal, this is similar (but not the same!) White Castle is polarizing, like many Cincinnati favorites. You either love it or hate it. If you love it, like my wife and I do, do yourself a favor and try this location - you can't go wrong.”

“I had the “More Cowbell” which had some awesome brisket, roasted peppers and onions, and a nice white cheese on top. The bread was my favorite part, to be honest. It was fluffy and buttered to perfection. As for the actual sandwich, the brisket was nice and smokey. As soon as you added the barbecue sauce, it brought the whole thing up. As the peppers and onions fell out, I put them on top of the Mac and cheese and it went right along. The Mac was pretty standard, I wish there were some baked breadcrumbs on top, but what can you do? It was still creamy and cheesy, which is all you can really ask from Mac and cheese. Overall, the service was amazing, good food, decent prices, and I should mention that my order was ready in 10 min. Good work guys.”

“I super love this place maybe because we're just visiting here and it's not the one near us or what? I don't know but let me tell you their foods are super amazing and so far different from what we have in Omaha, Nebraska. I had the Surf and Turf spicy flavored chicken and shrimp and I love it so much. The chicken is very crunchy as well as the shrimp. It's doesn't stale or look like it's from another's day chicken. The spiciness is just enough that you can taste it, I was surprised coz the store near us didn't give us spicy ones whenever we ordered spicy chicken but instead they just give us spicy sauce. It's also great to know that we can choose just regular rice instead of Cajun (I don't like Cajun rice). The serving and waiting time is not terrible maybe because the good is worth the wait. The place is tidy and clean I love how they make an effort for their store to look really neat and so cozy. I can recommend this place to everyone!”
