“The environment of this McDonald's was very busy when I arrived early morning, and the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing, as she seemed very knew (not really in her control). I ordered a 20 piece nugget and I was given only THREE sauces. How can you finish 20 nuggets with only THREE sauces. As ridiculous as that was, a team member quickly resolved my issue by grabbing me a few more. That made me happy.”

“First of all I pulled up no one was there sat at the first speaker waiting to give my order kept waiting and waiting I kept saying hello nobody took my order I sat there seems like forever. Then another woman pulls up to the second speaker location and they immediately took her order so I had to I follow behind her thinking maybe there was something wrong with mine speaker location. When I gave my order I pulled up to the second window waited forever. Then someone come to the window made me pull in their third parking spot that is saved for people waiting for orders and I waited there for over 20 minutes. Was I happy no I wasn't happy will I probably go back to that location I don't think so”
