“Five Guys consistently has good food, in almost any location. This particular establishment has a Coke Freestyle machine, which is always a plus, and also holds to Five Guys amazing burgers and fries. Service here is relatively slow compared to other Five Guys, and the restroom is not kept up very well. Still recommended just for how good the burgers and fries are!”

“I love Freddy’s! Yes it’s a little more expensive than other places, but it’s a different flavor and made fresh to order. Plus, the staff at this location are very nice and willing to answer any questions. Our group has had the burgers, patty melt, chicken tenders, fries, cheese curds, onion rings, and custard and there wasn’t one thing we didn’t enjoy. Picked up a bottle of Freddy’s sauce to have at home for those nights when getting to Freddy’s isn’t option.”

“My family and I have been going here since 2004. This location is our favorite. We have never had bad service and we have never had mediocre service either. The owner always makes us feel special and always remembers what my picky youngest gets. I hope this restaurant stays open for a long time and am not too thrilled that the other new Gold Star opened so close to this one. We refuse to go to the new one because new is not always better. You just can’t beat the nostalgia, and family friendly atmosphere this seasoned location brings to the table.”

“I give 3 stars. A customer should be able to expect consistency in quality and quantity. Every time I eat there something is different/off about the food. Sometimes the chips are over salted and have to be scraped. The steak is fatty and needs trimmed. Sometimes the steak is cut small and other times its cut in large chunks. I always get different portion sizes, nothing is consistent with portions. Too much sour cream will ruin a burrito. And today I got the smallest burrito I've ever had. It was rolled to the size of my fist, had very little steak, and was mostly rice and burrito wrap. YOU NEED TO GET MEASURING UTENSILS SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN GET WHAT WE PAY FOR AND NOT GET DIFFERENT PORTIONS EVERY VISIT.”

“Great food, great service! We live in Anderson and tried the new Anderson location 3 times; we really wanted to give them a chance. All 3 times, the service was not good, and twice the food came out wrong (and the excuse was it was our fault??). So we go all the way to the Amelia location. It's totally worth the drive! The service is always great. The ladies are so nice and want to get to know their customers. The manager is always present, saying hello to the patrons, making sure everything is good. And it always is! I LOVE their cheeseburgers, they are so yummy. We love their Harvest Salad as well. I'm a booth girl, and a Diet Mountain Dew girl, and they have both of those things - YAY!”

“Even during peak times, still my favorite place for lunch. Staff is fast, able to work through even lines of 20+ people in a matter of minutes. Food is always good. Occasionally there will be some days with a spicier red sauce than the others, but it's no big deal. There is always a line through the drive thru but do not let that discourage you from stopping, it will be well worth the short wait! “Leaving a five star review solely due to the customer service of Sherry in the drive-through. The lobby was closed due to some work going on and I was there placing multiple orders for my coworkers lunches. Sherry was the only person there and she did wonderfully, she got all of my orders accurately and quickly on top of managing the others in the drive-through all by herself without any delay. KFC always has decent food but what really compelled me to write this review was just how helpful and customer service oriented Sherry was today.”

“This White Castle is fantastic. The food is fresh, the employees are friendly, and the place is relatively clean. It used to not be so great, but over the years it's gotten much better. I always go in the early morning and order lunch/dinner food. There aren't many restaurants in the area that will serve lunch food during breakfast hours, so it's nice that this place does. As far as the food goes...it's White Castle. Small sandwiches are their specialty, especially the standard "Slider;" a small, thin, square-shaped beef patty on white bun, with diced grilled onions and a pickle. The burgers owe their distinctly tender texture to being are steamed rather than grilled. These burgers have gained a cult following for good reason: they're delicious! If you've ever eaten a burger from Krystal, this is similar (but not the same!) White Castle is polarizing, like many Cincinnati favorites. You either love it or hate it. If you love it, like my wife and I do, do yourself a favor and try this location - you can't go wrong.”
