“I come here frequently due to its proximity to my work. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. I had ordered food and a latte. When I got up to the cash register, they told me their would be a wait for the latte and asked if I still wanted it. I passed on the latte, they removed it from my bill, and gave me a free drink coupon. I was just happy they told me about the wait, and I wasnt late to work. Thank you!!”
