“Scott and Jessica are wonderful managers and the other staff are so friendly and polite. The sandwiches are made super fast and man they are so good! Very clean establishment, bathrooms are also kept very clean . There are 5 free parking spots in the front of the building sometimes they are hard to get but if you are going to be really quick like 5 minutes then just double park and watch your car which you can see through the window, trust me I do it all the time lol ????”

“What a fun place! I felt like I was on vacation in Germany!! A live band sang German songs, the food was authentic and delicious, they are a brewery with a large selection of craft beers, the staff was in authentic attire. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. We had a great time. Realized that this is the delightful European cottage you can see from the walkway of the Playhouse Square parking garage.”

“Amazing food and great service!! I have been coming here for years and every time has been fantastic. The staff are friendly and polite to all of their customers. My personal favorite dish is the Asian salmon. My mom loves the salads and gnocchi dish. Great place to get amazing food and great environment for family, work, and friends! The food here tastes almost exactly like I am in Italy. The pasta reminds me a lot of what I ate when I was there. I don’t write many reviews but for this restaurant I definitely wanted to make sure everyone knew!”

“I recently visited Fratello's Deli and the food was awesome. The salad bar was fantastic and the service was excellent. All the staff was friendly and very approachable. I brought a friend for my first visit and then returned a month later with my sister-n-law and since the remodeling the place is so cozy. The prices are reasonable and it's a nice variety of choices for lunch.”

“Came opening night and then again about a month later. This place really hit it's stride! Peruvian Chicken pizza was pretty good, Spanish pizza was BOMB! “So a nice plus about this place, this is a non-profit pizza place and all profits go to helping Cleveland's homeless population. So that guilt you feel for eating pizza instead of a salad can be compensated for with a good deed. As far as the pizza.... I like the sauce, its sweeter, and there is a lot going on with it. I like all the components. It's different and I say it is tasty. If you aren't into a little sweetness you may not like it, but I say its good. The crust is good, but I wish they'd get it a bit thinner, It's a bit doughy. I think the next time order a pizza from there I'd ask for it well done, give it a little crispness. Toppings were a bit scarce, we're talking, 1 maybe 2 pepperonis per slice. Overall, worth getting and I'll likely pick it up again in that not to far future. It's a little different crust and sauce than the 25 Parma pizzas that are all basically same thing, has some artisan elements, but it isn't to the level of some of the trendy spots. kind of a happy medium.”
