“Good food, one of my favorite places to get chicken with different sauces. They have a lot of TVs to watch the game on, your experience can be different depending on the crowd. For the most part a great place to enjoy a large menu and sports dining experience. I have been to this location during lunch, mid-evening, and later nights. Honestly only had one bad experience with an employee, but I believe she is not working there anymore. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“I love cheesecake factory. The food is usually always in point and the service always good. I've even been to this location on previous visits to Cleveland. This time was not as enjoyable as in the past. First, we had to wait an hour, which in itself wasn't so bad since we elected to wait, but to have to wait for nearly an hour to get our appetizers and food was really disappointing, especially since the place wasn't as crowded after the hour wait. The fish and chips, which I ordered after being informed that there was no more salmon, should have been better. The fish tasted as if it had been cooked in burnt oil and the fries weren't as fresh as they should have been for waiting an hour. This is the first time I can ever say that a cheesecake factory was off their game today. At least our server was nice. Hopefully the next time we visit the experience will be a better one.”

“First time eating at Penn Station. Inside the restaurant is a clear cut above Subway, but not as trendy as Potbelly's. I really enjoyed the eight inch Italian I ordered. I was surprised by how narrow it looked, but it was plenty big for a meal. The subs themselves are much, much better than Subway, much better than Jimmy John's, but not quite as good as Potbelly's.”

If I had to describe it to any, I would say it's and Italian Chipotle. They have a bunch of different toppings you can use. They have these Piada Sticks that are to die for!
