“Last night I decided to check this place out, it was pretty empty which was good because crowded places aren’t the best right now. Our server was very nice to my friend and I. Their drink prices are okay and they only have certain liquors for happy hour, meaning as only Jose would be apart of their happy hour. For dinner I had their chicken (honey lemon pepper) which was good. You get five whole wings and fries for eight dollars! My friend had the salmon balls w/ rice. The vibe inside was very chill and down to earth so that’s why I would be returning!”

“Hey guys! The 1st time I went with my daughter to dine in. the window tables have their own TV with a remote, which I thought was really Kool! The wait was kind of long for it to not be busy but the food was amazing. And although there was a wait the customer service was good. My daughter ordered catfish and grits! I ordered a salmon wrap with a side of sweet potatoes and mac and cheese! Phenomenal! That is the reason I returned today for takeout. My daughter was displeased because they did not have what she wanted from the menu. However I ordered the fish and a side of greens with a corn muffin. The wait was entirely too long!!!! They messed up on a dine-in order several times. The customers were just as patient as I but very irritated. Hadn't my food tasted so great, I would've left a bad review. They had a BAD day!! I won't hold it against them! Food is too good not to try! 🤷🏼♀️”

“I gave them 3 stars for portion size. I got the Alfredo, while it was okay, it could've been a little more. And as for the "side salad", it was literally a half cup of shredded lettuce. “The food was great!! We got the burger, Philly cheese steak sandwich and crispy crispy chicken salad. The owner was polite and we had a great time talking until all of our orders were made. “My husband and I absolutely loved our experience at 1899. We met the owner, Brian, who is such a great guy. He showed us around and we were in awe at the golf simulation area, the members only area, 2 bars, all the details and the decor. I imagine visiting often and telling friends about it as well. We decided not to golf, but we had dinner and drinks instead. We sat at the bar where the bartender, Christian, took great care of us. He was pretty busy making orders for customers seated at tables but he made time to check on us, have small conversations, make our drinks and take our meal order. My husband had a cocktail called Vesper. It was strong but had a good taste. I had a custom cocktail made by Christian that was so tasty I had to have two. I had chips & queso and a Caesar salad which were both very good. My husband had the Seared sea scallops and thought the scallops were a little too seared on top and too soft at the bottom. “Pretty standard sports bar atmosphere. The food was interesting. My friend and I came here on a Saturday night, and it was pretty packed, which we probably should have expected. We shared the chips and dips appetizer. I got the oxtail tacos, and my friend tried the pig face tacos. Her tacos looked a lot more traditional than mine. The oxtail tacos had tortilla shells that tasted deep fried, and they came with a liquid that I assumed I was supposed to dip them in. Everything was pretty greasy, but the flavor was decent.”

“What a great atmosphere for the family and I to enjoy a nice meal. The service was great, the complimentary self-service cold water was very enjoyable as was the environment. Everything was very clean and the food was enjoyable. I especially appreciate they they use grass fed-beef for their burgers. I ordered the hot Nashville chicken sandwich, which was about an 4 out of 5 stars and my children really enjoyed the burgers and shake. I also got the loaded fries which were enjoyable. This is a great summer spot and I even enjoyed that they had the Moana movie playing in the dining room for the the younger ones. I truly believe this place gets better every time I go. 😃”
