Dave & Buster's

This place is in a good location right outside of Polaris Mall. I mainly come here for the Steak and Shrimp Alfredo (which I absolutely love!) but the games are fun as well. There is a bar area and many TVs playing NCAA and pro games as well.

Today would have been a 5 star experience except we could not take advantage of the 20/20 offer. Tried it on phone and website before we came. Staff stated a 3rd party handles app and website and unfortunately I have to go through them. Tried it, no response. We had a good time.

Our family has long enjoyed Dave & Buster's for the good food and mostly fun games. Only reason I will not give 5 stars is because their app is terrible. It shows a chip balance and yet the same card swiped in person shows no chips. They even have signs saying no need to wait in line use the app instead. But I caution you not to as they cannot help you with any problems where the app shows a chip balance that is different. Otherwise it is always fun for our family and while we will return to play games I am not sure I will use the app.

Great place to take the fam and also surprisingly really good food. The comfortable sit down restaurant or bar area is great for those not interested in the video games. The only thing I would recommend is adding another kiosk for adding more money to your card away from the entry. It causes a bottleneck for those entering and waiting in line with those already inside. Total cluster there on busy nights.

We have been here twice and it has been a good experience. Drinks are great except for when they brought me a drink I didn’t order but it was fixed by the waitress. Games are fun. Food was good!
