Visited this location on a business trip. Service was pleasant. I had the hibachi steak. In my opinion, the steak was dry and the fried rice was over seasoned. The prickly pear margherita was good though. My meal wasn't good enough to warrant a second visit as there's a lot of restaurants in the area to try in the area next time I'm in that city.
Super sweet staff (especially this server who looks like he should be in LA modeling) but don't go on your birthday... the coupon is not clear to what you get for it and you magically end up paying $$$ for nothing. and you don't get a birthday dessert... sad. but food is still good. House of Japan makes better fried rice
Initially, I was hesitating to give this place a try, as the ratings for this location are so incredibly poor. As for my experience, it was adequate and I did not experience any major issues. I think service and overall restaurant cleanliness can be improved, but the food was very enjoyable.
This was the best meal i ever had. Went here on a girls day with sister and best friend. We all agreed the food was amazing. We ate lunch hibachi chicken. We had the salad and yum yum sauce. We put the sauce on the rice and chicken. The food and sauce together was amazing. The cooks there aren't like other hibachi places i been. Usually they are funny and you have a blast. All the ones here seem dry as it was very quiet.
