The food was so good. Service was very slow at first. But turned out to be great. Will definitely go back.

Had a terrific night at the bar at O'Charley's for my birthday! My bartender was Aimee and she was direct, quick, and attentive. I would go back there just for the same service I got tonight. I didn't feel like just another customer, and my time there really helped finish the night on a good note. Would highly recommend the Goo Goo Dessert.

Great food!!!! I had the chicken with peach chutney, and broccoli, and it was delicious! Very southern country style. Tasted like home. Even more delicious was the steak, and I am not a steak lover. It was so juicy and flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were excellent!! They had onion and garlic powder in them, and butter, I think, much better than the bland flavorless mashed potatoes at Bob Evans. I'm sorry, Bob Evans. But O'Charley's mashed potatoes tasted just like my mother's cooking, and it's the best! Man, those steak and potatoes were awesome. As good as home cooking. Really nice southern atmosphere, and seemed like good prices. Friendly wait staff.

Hate to say it but one of my fast easy favorite places to go is no longer. The woman who greeted us was fantastic. It went downhill from there. Too lengthy to get into but here are some highlights. They brought out the wrong order and then gave my wife a less than rare steak when she wanted well done. They served me ribs when I asked for a steak...mid way through the dinner they brought us our cold appetizer which I took one bite and no longer wanted. There was discarded trash on floor in plain site when I started counting 6 people had walked by without picking up. I hate giving bad reviews but could not less this one go. I did tip the waitress 18% because I felt the problems were mostly in the back of the house. Get it together Charley!
