“Highly recommend. We came here after a full day at cedar point and had the best dinner! Our waitress was so kind and took great care of us. The food was simply amazing. My mother-in-law (who is French and has a very refined palate) was blown away by the food. We all had a great time with the food, the wine, the atmosphere all was beyond what we expected. “Ordered a large deli sandwich to-go to share. The ingredients were high quality and the potato chips were homemade – a plus. Most places don't take time to handcraft chips and instead serve generic prepackaged chips. Everything was good, but not to the "out of this world" caliber of creative taste. My only complaint is the very expensive prices ($16) for a deli sandwich. This might drive some customers away. And you get the same amount of food and quality with Great Lakes Grinders down the street, at half the price. The restaurant was very clean and I look forward to trying the salad bar during my next visit. I didn't quite understand the strictness of the place (another reviewer noted the same) especially with the unusual rules written on the menus ( Such as "Don't bother employees and other clients." "Don't scream when making complaints"). Such a notation would seem written in a liquor bar as opposed to a daytime cafe in a Midwestern small downtown. Overall, this place fills a void in downtown Sandusky and I hope the business thrives.”

“Stayed here twice and never had any real issue. Great staff, rooms are clean, easy check in & out, quiet and pool was nice. Yes there are a few things that need a little work but it's also not a 5 star. Great place to crash after a long day at Cedar Point, great location near the causeway. “Fantastic coaster after its conversion to a hybrid wooden/steel coaster. It's so much smoother than when it was Mean Streak. It's a nice and long ride at over a mile. Cell phones are banned in line and on the ride - lockers are near the ride entrance. If you keep your phone in your pocket while in line and on the ride, you'll be fine - just be sure it's well-secured, ideally in a zippered pocket so it doesn't come out. There are employees (and cameras) that monitor people in line and kick them out if they see phones.”

“The food there at Cedar Point is a little pricey but excellent. You can buy souvenir cup and drink all day for free. I would say the best food will be over by the western side they make great Burgers there. Now they have a barbecue where they called pinkies and they have really good food there at the end of the day they have a souvenir where you can buy souvenirs.”

“This is a pretty good Famous Dave's. The service is quick, Sarah was our waitress and she was super kind and helpful! I got four of the St. Louis style ribs. They come with two sides and a corn muffin so for me it was plenty of food. They also have a great selection of sauces so be sure to try them all! Also, a pro tip is that if you are a Cedar Point Season Pass holder you get a discount. Without the discount, the food here can get pretty pricey which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. However, if you have a pass the discount definitely makes the cost worth it.”
