The Downtown Bistro

Good food at a midrange price. I usually get their specials from $22.00 or so. Nice service, nice atmosphere. The bar only seats six or so, however. They have a local beer on tap that is pretty good. They also plate the food well.

Considered upscale for the area. Newly remodeled with modern taste and open space. Comfort food with local flavors. Generous portions at value prices. Everyone knows everyone except those from out of town. Chef owned restaurant.

I've been to this establishment twice. Once with friends and again for a company Christmas party which my friends and I recommended. We worked with the owner/chef on the Christmas party specifics and everything turned out nicely. The chef came out to see how our experience was. The food and service were fantastic on both occasions.

A friend recently treated me to lunch and we decided to make The Downtown Bistro our destination.

They've done a beautiful job with the interior of the location, as it now has a very modern and comfortable feel to it. The waitresses were exceptional and friendly, and the food was amazing! I would strongly recommend ordering the tiramisu and the coffee.

A wonderful Sunday afternoon lunch. My daughter had a gyro and she enjoyed it. I had the veggie burger which was excellent....tasted better then any regular beef burger that I have had.
Our service was quick. The main dining area is on the noisy side if it has a lot of customers.
