    Actually service has improved greatly. I am not a fan but my son loves BK. The last 2 visits are the best we've ever had there. Friendly and quick service, no one ignoring you or telling you the drive thru isn't working.

    I hope your not in a hurry. Everytime we go there it takes a long time. My daughter ordered a cheese burger plain and got a hamburger plain. I asked for the crispy chicken club meal but wanted grilled instead of crispy she said I had to get a grilled meal and then pay extra for the cheese and bacon which made it cost more. Food was a good once we got it
