    I believe in being fair, so just like I rated S&S a one or two stars for my last visit, I have to give the manager Chris a 5 for today's visit. From the moment that I arrived at the drive through Chris was friendly, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. This was the first and only GREAT experience that I've had with Steak & Shake over the course of my 15 to 20 experiences! I'd vowed to never return, but the grandkids were hungry, and they are the closest FF, so I bit the bullet as the children started to point at the sign. My interaction with Chris made me not regret my decision to stop. Thanks Chris for the rare and exceptional service!
