Bob Evans

I’ve been visiting this Bob Evens for many years. However mostly take out orders. Majority of the time the order is correct and the food is good. The service had always been great at this location.

Tonight there were some items missing from my take out order. I spoke to the manger via phone and she offered to give me the items upon returning to the location. She also offered to remake the entire order for me so my food wasn’t cold after returning home with the missing items. I thought that was a really nice thing to offer. As most places wouldn’t think of doing something like this for a customer.

Also I hope the girl doing the takeout orders didn’t get in trouble. I didn’t get her name. She was a really sweet person and I understand she was busy and made a mistake.

I usually go weekly with my family. Food is good most of the time. Have had a few bad meals. Service is hit or miss. Only reason why I frequent this store is due to its central location for my family. All in all not bad, though.

Food took longer than expected. Hash browns over cooked but edible. Everything else was good. Cashier was super kind and helpful with as situation I had.
