    JC is personable and takes chili seriously. Sold frozen but microwavable.

    Flavorful, Local Chili made using fresh, simple ingredients!
    This chili is perfect for an individual lunch or even to bring to a tailgate or party. I stopped in today for lunch and was not quite sure what to expect. I was craving chili and didn't want the usual fast food chili down the street. The owner, Charlane, was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Since it was my first time there, she kindly insisted that I try a sample of each chili as well as the fresh sauce purees. She then explained to me the fresh ingredients used to create each. All of JC's chili is very flavorful and fresh and I had a tough time choosing which to purchase as they were all so good. *Please note that they sell the chili frozen in microwavable containers, so you'll have to heat it up for 3-4 minutes.* I'm excited to pair these with dinner and have some on hand for a quick work lunch. Highly recommend JC's Just Chili!
