    You need to take time and visit J Hot Fish. The atmosphere is outstanding and the food is delicious. The owner is really nice and great music every Friday. First time here. Will be back for sure.

    This place is fabulous. If you are looking for food fried to perfection, this is the place. Fish is flavorful, with the perfect texture. A side of hand cut fries and cole slaw, yum!!! Try the fried okra. I would only suggest to have a spicier hot sauce available.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE. THE FOOD IS GREAT, SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE MUSIC IS MY TYPE OF MUSIC. THE ART WORK IS BY THE OWNERS MOTHER, and for sale. I love supporting local family businesses.

    Everything was great! Friendly staff, exceptional service, and delicious food! My favorite thing was the perch — crisp and flavorful. Our sides (hush puppies, mac&cheese, and fair fries) all complimented it nicely. A terrific place for lunch. We will have to go back for live music on Friday night.

    Just came from there for lunch. Had the catfish (not bad) and the blue fish (amazing!!). Fried okra to die for. We came just as they were opening, no other customers, so KC gave us a few "bonuses" to try - banana pudding and samples of some of the other sides. Probably assuming we'd be back - which is a good bet!
